RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

BLACKMOUF ENTERTAINMENT prides itself on the accuracy and turn around time of our products. We do NOT offer returns.

All sales are final unless products are damaged or need to be exchanged for a different size. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Bespoke collection items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the desired size is not available, then customers will keep the order. Please use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your package, as BLACKMOUF ENTERTAINMENT is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
